Ways to moisturize dehydrated skin

Many people think that only dry skin is peeling, but actually, whether it is oily or dry skin or whatever else, it can be rough, flaky and discolored due to lack of water. 1. Why Is Skin Dehydration And Dehydration?
Many articles suggest that drinking a lot of water increases skin hydration, but the fact that you drink anything will not help your skin retain water. Studies show that long-term immersion in water (such as bathing, swimming, etc.) dehydrates the skin because it destroys the durability of the skin barrier, especially hot water and chlorine water (common). in hotels, swimming pools). So for those with dry skin, you should only take a quick bath or shower (5-10 minutes) with warm warm water. Those who think that you have to dry skin to apply nutrients is completely wrong. For facial skin, too, after washing your face, use a washcloth to absorb less water and start skincare immediately by applying / spraying toner (non-alcoholic) to make the skin absolutely moisturized.
3. Skin Hydrating Should Use Facial Cleanser?
There are many cleansing products, but to be easy to distinguish, I will divide them into 2 types: cleanser creates (many) foam and cleanser with little / no foam.

Foaming cleansers often contain a highly alkaline detergent (soap) that makes the skin dry and dehydrated. So for this type of skin, you should use a cleanser with little or little foam. These are usually in the form of creams or gels, the percentage of water in gel cleansing products is relatively high, so when using, you will feel cool, gentle and not dry after washing your face. Even if you are oily, if your skin is oily due to lack of water, you should not use any other type of foaming wash for oily skin. 4. Effective Skin Water Supply Ways:
a. Mineral spray:
I’m not saying all kinds of mineral sprays. Mineral sprays whose composition is only mineral water are not the perfect choice for this skin type. When you spray mineral water on your face, the skin will appear moist and cool just after spraying, after a few minutes will always evaporate and bring the whole water on the skin evaporating with the notes -> the skin will lose more water.
